Duties
Coaching: Assist the Head Swimming Coach with practice planning and execution, individual and team instruction, skill development, conditioning, meet preparation, and student-athlete development. Recruiting: Support the identification and evaluation of prospective student-athletes; communicate with recruits, families, and coaches; and assist with campus visits and recruiting events. Program Support: Assist with meet-day responsibilities, team travel, equipment and facility coordination, compliance-related tasks, and other duties assigned by the Head Swimming Coach.
Minimums
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of appropriate swimming coaching experience.
