Utility Billing Operations Manager

Duties

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field. Three (3) or more years’ progressively responsible experience in public utilities billing and customer functions, including at least two years of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training and/or experience. Must have National Incident Management System (NIMS) certification (level to be determined by job classification requirements) or obtain within one year of employment.
